Joe Brown

Senior Managing Director

Joe Brown helps lead EnOne Ventures investments and strategy, serving as a member of its Investment Committee. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Investments at OneTeam Partners, where he led M&A and venture activity across the sports, media, and entertainment space. His recent work includes the acquisition and sale of the Under the Lights flag football league to Unrivaled Sports, and he played a key role in RedBird Capital’s sale of its equity stake in OneTeam. In addition to his investment experience, Joe has served as a strategic advisor to several emerging sports startups, including StatusPro and World Team Tennis, providing hands-on operational and strategic guidance. Previously, he was Director of Media Strategy & Business Development at the National Football League, where he managed the NFL’s content licensing strategy and co-led a joint innovation fund with Verizon. Before joining the NFL, Joe was an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Media & Communications Investment Banking group, where he executed over $4 billion in M&A, debt, and equity transactions. He began his career at Barclays Capital, covering equity trading strategies, and later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the Special Situations Credit desk. Joe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
