Bruce Kahne

Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Bruce Kahne is Senior Managing Director, Global General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at EnTrust Global. Mr. Kahne has global oversight of the firm’s legal, regulatory and compliance functions across the firm’s 10 offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia and joined the firm in September 2007. He is also a Member of the EnTrust Board of Managers, the Management Committee, the Valuation Committee and is Chair of both the Risk Committee and the Compliance and Conflicts Committee. Prior to joining EnTrust, Mr. Kahne was a Partner in the Investment Management Group at K&L Gates LLP and Associate/Counsel at Seward & Kissel LLP. Mr. Kahne received a JD from Fordham Law School and a BA from Binghamton University, where he was Captain of the Baseball Team. Mr. Kahne is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Brain Foundation, a Member of the Children’s Health Council at Weill Cornell Medicine and, at Duke University, is both a Co-Chair of the Parents’ Committee and a Member of the Parents’ Advisory Council.
